The sunshine through the office window for 8 hours is all the persausion I need to grab Casper and fly out the door the minute I get home. Focusing mainly on distance training recently, we have explored the Somerset Levels and even discovered some new places!

Casper is running like an absolute DREAM with his new RaceFace crankset, he is the new man I hoped he would be, I had reservations about the hasty drop from 27 to 9 gears; now all I can think is I wish I had done it sooner, it’s like we have a new burst of life; the spark has returned and so has the Summer!

 

I’ve even managed to get my wonderful family out on a few rides with Casper and I recently, I mean who can say no to sunshine & smiles right?

We need to get back up on to the Mendips next, really test run Casper’s awesome new set up.. before something else needs replacing!
